These terms cover your use of vosid.net. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. What this site is

vosid.net describes the services Vosid offers. It is information, not a contract or a binding offer. Any work we do for you is covered only by a written agreement between you and Vosid.

2. The “no help, no pay” offer

“If we don’t help, you don’t pay” applies to clients who have a written agreement with us. Before work starts, that agreement sets out what counts as help, how it is measured and what you pay if it is met. Without that agreement, the offer doesn’t apply.

3. Enquiries

Sending the contact form doesn’t create a client relationship or oblige either side to anything. We may decline an enquiry. How we use your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. Using the site

Please use the site lawfully. Don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, don’t send spam or harmful content through the contact form, and don’t copy the site’s content to pass it off as yours.

5. Our content

The site’s text, design, branding and visuals belong to Vosid or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse its content without our permission. Who owns work we create for a client is set out in that client’s written agreement.

6. No guarantee of results

We describe what we aim to do. Results depend on many factors, including your product, your market and how our work is used, so nothing on this site promises a specific outcome except what a written agreement says.

7. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Vosid isn’t liable for losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Links to other sites

We link to our Instagram profile. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we’re not responsible for them.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
