Privacy Policy
Last updated 16 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Vosid collects through vosid.net, why, who handles it, and what you can do about it. It applies to visitors from every country.
1. Who we are
Vosid (“we”, “us”) runs vosid.net and decides how the personal data described here is used. The only way to contact us is the contact form on our homepage, including for privacy requests.
2. What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the contact form: your name, email address, company or brand name (optional) and your message. Providing it is optional, but we can’t reply without your name and email.
- Technical data. When you visit, our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address and basic request details (page requested, browser type, date and time) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We don’t ask for payment details or sensitive information. Please don’t include them in your message.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss working together. Basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us. Where a law requires your consent, sending the form is your consent for this purpose.
- To keep the site secure and working. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse and errors.
We don’t use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decisions. We won’t add you to a mailing list without asking, and we don’t sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t set cookies, run analytics or advertising tools, or use similar technologies (such as local storage) to track you. If that changes, we’ll update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
5. Who handles your data for us
These providers process data on our behalf, only to run the site and receive enquiries:
- Cloudflare (and Netlify while we test): hosting and delivery of this website.
- Resend: delivers your form message to our inbox as an email.
- Google (Gmail): our email inbox, where enquiries are received and answered.
We may also share data if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
6. Transfers between countries
We serve visitors worldwide and our providers operate in several countries, including the United States. Your data may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires safeguards for this, we rely on those our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t lead to work: deleted within 4 months, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
- If we work together: for the length of the relationship, then for as long as the law requires us to keep records.
- Hosting and email-delivery logs: kept by those providers under their own retention settings.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent: send us a message through the contact form and say it’s a privacy request. We may need to confirm it’s you, and we’ll respond within the time your local law requires (usually within a month).
You can also complain to your data protection authority: in the EU or UK, your national regulator; in India, the Data Protection Board of India. We’d appreciate the chance to fix the problem first.
9. Security
This site is served over HTTPS and doesn’t store enquiries in a database; they go to our email inbox. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we’ll tell you and the authorities where the law requires it.
10. Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t aimed at anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect children’s data. If you believe a child has sent us theirs, tell us through the contact form and we’ll delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we’ll flag any material change on the site.
